Our pleasant experience began with meeting Eden who does a wonderful job advising us on the number of boxes needed and giving us tips on house moving. Then the office staff were so cheerful and helpful too. House moving is always such as stressful event but when their staff came in 2 trucks with over 20 cheerful guys who love things with such coordinated speed and rhythm, it makes moving a humorous fun activity. This is the third time we’re moving with them and they even sent the same wonderful team. We asked them to pack for us and with our 2 bedrooms, they came in, packed, and moved us all in one hour (!) We did move in the same building and we don’t have much furniture but it was still impressive and they were careful about not scratching surfaces, plus checked with us constantly what was ours and what was the landlord’s so they moved the right things. They also were helpful in applying to the condo for the permit to use the freight elevator– all in all, a wonderful experience- again!
And as I mentioned last time, recycling boxes is the cherry on the cake for us- we didn’t have to buy boxes and at the end of it they took them back to reuse! 🙂

Absolutely. Most of our moves are completed within the same day, and for smaller homes or apartments, we can complete the move in under half a day. We carefully plan each move for maximum efficiency.
Yes, we provide materials for moving. Note that carton boxes are free on loan; and tape and sticker labels will be provided as well.
Carton box – For your non-breakable loose items e.g. books, plushies, folded clothes.
Bubble-wrap – For your fragile items e.g. vase, fruit bowl. to be loaded into boxes.
Newsprint – For your smaller fragile items to be loaded into boxes e.g. plates, mugs.
Please do not wrap your bulky items e.g. sofa, table, dressing table with the provided materials. We will take care of your bulky items for you on the day of the move.
Yes, we move pianos almost everyday. We are experienced in moving upright pianos, baby grand pianos and even grand pianos.
Yes, we provide disposal of old furniture. Please note that this service is chargeable.
Yes, insurance can be provided. Please note that insurance is chargeable at 2% of the total declared value (minimum declaration of 10k, GST applicable).
