No, you can’t. We require a free site survey (non-obligatory) before you can book a moving date as we need to know the total hours and manpower needed to complete your move. Do note that all slots are on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, you can. However, please let us know 1 working week in advance to avoid any unnecessary penalty fees and to ensure you get the slot you need.
Our moving slots are on first come, first served basis. It is highly encouraged to secure your slot asap.
You should contact us via WhatsApp to get your assessment done in order to secure your moving slot asap. So you can move as soon as we have a ready slot for you.
Absolutely. Most of our moves are completed within the same day, and for smaller homes or apartments, we can complete the move in under half a day. We carefully plan each move for maximum efficiency.
Yes, we provide materials for moving. Note that carton boxes are free on loan; and tape and sticker labels will be provided as well.
Carton box – For your non-breakable loose items e.g. books, plushies, folded clothes.
Bubble-wrap – For your fragile items e.g. vase, fruit bowl. to be loaded into boxes.
Newsprint – For your smaller fragile items to be loaded into boxes e.g. plates, mugs.
Please do not wrap your bulky items e.g. sofa, table, dressing table with the provided materials. We will take care of your bulky items for you on the day of the move.
Yes, we move pianos almost everyday. We are experienced in moving upright pianos, baby grand pianos and even grand pianos.
Yes, we provide disposal of old furniture. Please note that this service is chargeable.
Yes, insurance can be provided. Please note that insurance is chargeable at 2% of the total declared value (minimum declaration of 10k, GST applicable).
