No, you can’t. We require a site survey (free & non-obligatory) before you can book a moving date as we need to know the total hours and manpower needed to complete your move. Do note that all slots are on a first come, first served basis.

You should contact us via WhatsApp to get your assessment done in order to secure your moving slot asap. So you can move as soon as we have a ready slot for you.

For HDB moves, no bookings are required. But for condo, the service life will need to be booked in advanced with your building management. If you’re unsure, chat with our team or speak to your condo management to get a better idea.

Absolutely. Most of our moves are completed within the same day, and for smaller homes or apartments, we can complete the move in under half a day. We carefully plan each move for maximum efficiency.

Yes, we provide materials for moving. Note that carton boxes are free on loan; and tape and sticker labels will be provided as well. 

Carton box – For your non-breakable loose items e.g. books, plushies, folded clothes.

Bubble-wrap – For your fragile items e.g. vase, fruit bowl. to be loaded into boxes.

Newsprint – For your smaller fragile items to be loaded into boxes e.g. plates, mugs.

Please do not wrap your bulky items e.g. sofa, table, dressing table with the provided materials. We will take care of your bulky items for you on the day of the move.

If you are using our packing service, you should pack personal valuables such as important documents, jewelry, and cash separately. Small personal items can also be packed in advance to save time during the move and leave the rest to us.

Yes, we are experienced in handling large furniture and bulk items. We’ve moved pianos, beds, trampolines, and more. We are adept at dismantling and reassembly as well as moving through space in Singapore.

Yes, we provide disposal of old furniture. Please note that this service is chargeable.
